Due to Covid 19 I am working on a series of e-courses to be launched in the autumn.  This will enable me to widen my offer at a time when it’s tricky to hold group workshops or ‘walk and talk’ coaching sessions in natural environments due to ever changing government advice. In the meantime I am continuing to offer one-to-one coaching sessions via zoom video calls. Take a look at the below options or contact me to discuss your requirements:

3 month coaching package

You can’t start to achieve your goals unless you change what you’re doing, and you won’t be motivated to change your actions and behaviours unless you change your perspective.  You may assume that you know yourself, but how well do you know yourself really? This coaching will enable you to identify the mindset and beliefs that have been holding you back and to create the time, space and accountability to switch this to a new set of beliefs to carry you forward with focus.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or thinking yourself round in circles, this will give you a great introduction to mindset work.  It’s ideal for young people trying to find their direction in life or busy mums trying to juggle everything but getting nowhere. Equally, if you’ve had enough of your life being the way it is and feel you need some help to make changes, this will give you the kick-start you need but within a gentle, supportive framework.

What’s Included?

  • 6 sessions at *fortnightly intervals via zoom video call: 1st session 1hr 30 mins, 4 sessions of 1hr, 6th session of 1hr 30 mins.

  • Text/email contact 3 x per week to keep momentum and support in between sessions

  • Follow up 30 min call 2 weeks after last session

  • Actions and ‘homework’ set at each session

  • Access to worksheets, fact sheets and tips relevant to the topics we’re discussing.  These can focus on common areas of concern such as how to stop worrying, having confidence in your decision making, feeling free to be yourself or topics specifically raised by you and the strategies to be used.
£99 x 3 monthly instalments = £297

*Why fortnightly? Previous clients have found this frequency works best.  If you really prefer weekly, we can do that too. However, life for the average person is pretty busy and a week can roll round so fast you haven’t had time to properly reflect or carry out the actions we discussed at the previous session.  So typically, fortnightly works well.  You won’t be alone between sessions; we’ll have text/email contact to maintain support and accountability.  


6 month coaching package

This longer time frame is ideally suited to young people or busy mums with a specific goal in mind, who need some accountability and support to get them across the finish line; or for those who feel they want to make changes in several areas of their life. We’ll still cover the mindset coaching included in the 3 month package but we’ll go deeper into the actions and strategies you need to reach your goal. Free yourself by realising what’s really holding you back and go for it!

  • 12 sessions at *fortnightly intervals via zoom video call: 1st session 1hr 30 mins, 10 sessions of 1hr, 6th session of 1hr 30 mins.
  • Text/email contact 3 x per week to keep momentum and support in between sessions

  • Follow up 30 min call 2 weeks after last session

  • Actions and ‘homework’ set at each session

  • Access to worksheets, fact sheets and tips relevant to the topics we’re discussing.  These can focus on common areas of concern and strategies to be used such as effective goal setting, vision boards and motivation, maintaining momentum, dealing with setbacks or topics specifically raised by you.  
£120 x 6 monthly instalments = £720

One-off session

If there’s something specific you just want to chat through, to get it out of your head and into the world and start the process of shifting your perspective to find a way forward, then a one-off session is available. Obviously, we can’t cover things in as much detail as with a package of sessions but it will give you a head start to then continue moving forward on your own.  Consider it a pep talk and brainstorming session rolled into one, served with a sympathetic ear and some homework to take away.
