Hi! I’m Jane, a certified life coach with a goal of bringing more calm into your life. We all feel a bit overwhelmed from time to time but some of us are more prone to this than others.  If you’ve been labelled by others (or even yourself!) as being shy, quiet, sensitive, introverted or you find certain aspects of everyday life quite draining on your energy levels, then I am here to help you navigate your path through life in a way that works for you.

In particular, I know all too well how it feels to be young (18-30) and trying to find your direction in life when everyone around you seems to already know theirs; and secondly, how it feels to be a mother of any age, trying to juggle everything and find a direction for yourself  when your original identity seems to have been swallowed up by this new identity of ‘Mum’.

Both these stages of life can feel very overwhelming, leaving us procrastinating, people pleasing, worrying, overthinking, comparing ourselves unfavourably to others and generally feeling stuck. But don’t worry, our mindset is not permanent.  With a little effort and guidance, you can learn to see life from a fresh perspective and adopt new strategies which set you free to live life in the way that’s right for you. You are unique after all; you aren’t meant to live a life that’s a carbon copy of someone else’s.
